Yoga for Bone Strength and Health

6-week Series
Sunday, January 6, 2019 to Sunday, February 10, 2019

In this 6-weeks series attributed to Dr. Loren Fishman and Ellen Saltenstall, you will:

  • experience and practice yoga poses that build new bone

  • learn about the physiology of osteoporosis, effects of medications and what movements to avoid

  • improve your balance and co-ordination to prevent falling

Handouts and education sessions are part of this workshop series. Class is limited to 15 people so sign up today! Class held on Sundays from 5:30-6:45pm, Jan 6th - Feb 10th. Cost of this 6 week series is $125 or $115 if you attended the previous 2 hour workshop on December 2nd.
